To create a customer account, please click on the face symbol at the top left of the shopping cart.

On the following page you will find the “Create account” option below the registration form.

Click on it to enter your details.

You will then receive an email that you must confirm.

As soon as this is done, you are registered with us.

If you have forgotten your password, that is not a problem. You can easily request a new one by following these steps:

Go to the login window and click on the “Forgot Password” link.

Enter the email address you used to register with Bara Studio.

You will then receive instructions on how to set your new password and regain access to your account.
With these simple steps you can reset your password and continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Bara Studio account.

It can always happen that you click on the order button too quickly.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to add something.

Please understand that we can no longer change fabrics that have already been cut.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

In the shipping confirmation with the delivery information you will also find a link through which you can track your package.

Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to appear on the site.

If we send your package with Warenpost, you will unfortunately not be able to track your package. This is the case if the fabrics are no higher than 5 cm when folded.

We pack and ship twice a week. Typically this process takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs as follows:

Germany: €4.90 - free shipping for orders over €75

Austria: €13

Switzerland: 20 €

International: €30

After you have purchased and paid for the pattern, a few minutes later you will receive an email with all the pattern PDFs that you ordered alongside the invoice.

In this email you will also find a link to your selected patterns in your user account. There you have the option to download any pattern.

The patterns you purchase also remain permanently available in your user account and you can download them again at any time. To do this, simply log in to your account and then click on the “My E-Books” button.

Have you ordered a DIY set or paper pattern and are wondering about the e-book?

The e-book of the respective pattern is also included with these products.

So you can cut up the paper without feeling guilty and have the e-book as a “backup”.

In the menu there is a button labeled “ Gift Voucher ”.

Here you can select the desired amount for the voucher.

You also have the option of receiving the voucher either in paper form or by post.

To order fabric samples, simply visit the “ Fabric Samples ” product page. After you have placed the desired product in your shopping cart, you can enter the fabric numbers that you would like to receive as a sample in the comment field during the checkout process.

We will then send you a card by post with the selected fabric samples.

If you have signed up for our newsletter but have not received it, there may be several reasons.

Please be patient as it may take some time for the email to be sent. However, if you have waited longer than a day, please do the following:

Check your SPAM or Junk folder to see if our newsletter has been filtered there.

Add our email address info@bara-studio.com to your address book to ensure your email program recognizes and trusts us.

Check your spam filter settings to ensure our address and content are not blocked.

Alternatively, you can use another email account to receive the newsletter.

Our e-books have a so-called layer print. You can show and hide different layers in your PDF reader (we recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader).

This means you can only view and print the size you need.

When printing, make sure your "actual size" setting is selected. This way the pattern pieces are printed out true to scale.

Alternatively, you can set your scaling to 100%.

Always print out the control square first, which is on one of the first pages. This way you can see whether your printer is set up correctly.

Our patterns are delivered in two formats:

- DinA4 = You can print this format on your printer at home and glue it together

- DinA0 = You can have this format printed out in a copy shop.

Fabrics may shrink the first time they are washed.

We therefore recommend washing the fabric once before processing.
On the product detail page you will find specific washing instructions for our products. For example, cotton can shrink up to 5% and viscose up to 10%. It is advisable to take this into account when determining your order quantity.

The fabric consumption of our patterns already includes a surcharge of 10% for waste and shrinkage.

We recommend that you wash your fabrics according to the instructions on the product page before sewing to avoid shrinking or warping of the material.

If your fabric is not intended to be washed as a finished garment and/or product, you do not need to prewash the fabric.
