Mandatory internship in the field of e-commerce / product development / fashion design - textiles & clothing

    Entry: possible at any time

During this internship, I offer you the opportunity to develop and contribute your own ideas, to manage and supervise projects independently, and to continuously develop yourself together with Bara Studio. You can help decide how you structure your daily work routine and your tasks and can implement your theoretical knowledge in everyday start-up life. As my online shop continues to grow, there are many other opportunities for you to get involved creatively.

    What are your possible tasks?

    • Collaboration in the planning, creation and publication of content on our website (blog articles, product pages, image galleries), on social media (Instagram and Facebook) and other platforms (e.g. Pinterest)
    • Participation in the development of new collections, visits to suppliers and trade fairs
    • Order picking including customer service, returns management and shipping processing
    • Maintenance of the online shop including creation of product images, texts and inventory.
    • Planning and implementation of live streams, product launches and promotions
    • Support with content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
    • Support of our cooperation partners and marketplaces

Big plus point: Can you sew? That would be a perfect match! When developing new patterns or for photo shoots, new patterns are constantly needed.

What can you bring with you?
    • Enjoyment at work: Even if there may be phases that are more stressful, the top priority should always be that you enjoy working and have fun! I speak from experience, because after I was on the verge of a slipped disc due to psychological stress at work, I see it as essential that everyone is appreciative interact with each other.
    • Personal responsibility and careful work: You complete the tasks assigned to you independently and carefully. This also means that you ask for help if you are unclear about something (Google can often help too). You don't expect to be given every piece of information, but rather that you ask for it yourself if you don't have enough information to complete the task.
    • Think for yourself: Do you notice something that doesn't make sense? A task assigned to you could be completed more quickly if you changed something? Or you take the last roll of tape off the shelf and it has to be reordered? These are small things, but they have a big impact on the way a company works! That's why it's very important to me that you think for yourself and constantly question processes and make them as efficient as possible.
    • Willingness to learn and initiative: When dealing with new and unknown topics, you are prepared to spend a few days working on a new topic in order to understand it.
    • Reliability: I count on you. Every single contribution makes a big difference to us and is immediately visible. That's why it's important that I can rely on you - but that you don't hesitate to ask for help when you need it.
